You can sign up online once you have chosen the class you wish to take. You are always welcome to call us if you have any questions.

Stand Up Paddling Essentials is the natural progression to your SUPPING skills after taking our SUP Introduction class.

Standup paddling (SUP) originated in the Hawaiian islands and is fast becoming the paddle sport of choice not only on the coast but on rivers and lakes throughout the Rockies.
SUP offers amazing fitness, balance and coordination in a non-intimidating, fun manner that appeals to all ages. Our goal is provide easily accessible rentals, sales and instruction for the Front Range customer.
* Gear that is included in our lake class: Standup Paddleboard, paddle, lifejacket. Please bring appropriate warm clothing for this class.
Want to purchase your own Stand Up Paddle Board?
*$35.00 of your lesson may be applied toward purchase of your Stand UP Board at the Boulder Outdoor Center. You must have booked your class through the BOC and purchase your board within 30 days of your lesson. Your instructor will have a coupon for you at the end of your class.
Class fees are based on a groups of 4 or more. If a class has low registration, we will give you the option of a private class, reschedule or refund.

If a minor is taking a class and a parent will not be at the beginning of the class, we will need to have our waiver signed by a parent and brought to the class. If needed, download Adobe Acrobat Reader for free.
