Meeting Place & Time
Checkin time is 45 minutes before the trip time. So a 9am trip will have a checkin time of 8:15am.

What should I wear and bring?
A swimsuit or lightweight shorts and t-shirt work best. Avoid heavy cotton! For your safety, bare feet and flip flops are not allowed. Footwear must tie or strap securely on your feet. We have wetsuits and booties available for rent. We also suggest a hat, sunglasses with a cord, sunscreen and water. Please leave your towels and change of clothes in your car for after the trip.
Who can go on a raft trip?
We have a trip suitable for all ability levels. Our whitewater raft guides will provide a safety speech and self rescue demonstration prior to each trip. Participants must be able to understand and follow instructions given by guides. Participants must be able to fit into our life jackets and be in good health. If you are pregnant, have a history of heart trouble or other medical concerns please consult your doctor before participating. As with any outdoor adventure experience some inherent risk is involved. You will need to sign an Assumption of Risk Waiver prior to your trip. We will not allow persons impaired by alcohol or drugs to participate in any of our trips. No refund will be made.
Is transportation provided?
Yes, complimentary transportation is provided to and from the raft launch and pick-up sites.
What is Glenwood Springs' weather like?
Glenwood Springs is at 5730 ft. elevation, and summer weather is usually very moderate. Highs are generally in the mid-80’s and night time lows in the 50’s.
What if it rains?
A little rain won’t stop the fun! Besides you’re going to get wet anyway!
Can I bring my camera?
Since we can’t retrieve cameras dropped in the river, we have hired professional photographers to record your memories. They will capture the expression on your kid’s face as they are drenched with water! Be sure to stop by the front desk to review your photo CD available for purchase.
