Upon receipt of your reservation you will be sent a confirmation of availability and a rental agreement that will need to be signed and returned. The rental form is standard to the industry and will hold the renter responsible for excess wear and tear.
This form must be received by Pat before your stay.

Cancellations that are made more than forty-five (45) days prior to the arrival date may be canceled without penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 45 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.
