Website failure on secure pagesIf you try to create an account or go to our checkout and our website fails, then it is possible you have an older browser or an incompatable browser. For security reasons, we can not support older browsers or browsers that are not known to not be secure. You will be able to browse our website. You may not be able to purchase gear/tours/trips or instruction. You will need to call us to finish your order at: 303-444-8420.
Please consider updating your browser. It is possible your browser is no longer secure for credit card transactions. Use our website and if you wish to purchase something, you will need to contact us.

We do not charge sales tax for any orders shipped outside of Colorado. Orders shipped outside of Boulder, and still in the state of Colorado are subject to Colorado State Tax, which is just under 4%. Boulder Sales tax is close to 4%. Our shopping cart will charge tax based on the zip code we are shipping to.

We will gladly get in special orders for you. Please note that some special orders will be non-refundable and non-returnable. An example would be a boat that we do not carry that costs a great deal to ship.
Out of Stock items
Our website will inform you of any items that are not in stock. We can get most gear in, within 2 weeks. Some items may take longer or be unavailable. We will contact you if we can not take care of your back order within 2 weeks.
Paying with a Gift Card or coupon
On our checkout page you will be able to enter the amount you wish to pay with a gift card or coupon. This number must be entered without any letters or even the dollar sign. Just below the discount amount box is a text box where we would like you to enter your gift certificate number or discount code.

Removing items from your shopping cart
You can click on the to remove one item at a time. On our store horizontal navigation, you will see our view cart. At the bottom of our view cart screen, you will also see an empty cart button. This button will empty your entire cart, allowing you to start over. You can leave items in your cart and come back later to finish your purchase. To finish your purchase, you must use the same computer.
We work hard at getting orders shipped to you within 24 hours. We proof every order that we receive and may need to contact you about your order, which may delay shipment. We will email you a confirmation that your order has shipped and a tracking number for your order.
All orders will have a receipt.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover for charge cards. We also accept cashiers checks. On our checkout page, you can click the box below the charge card information to allow us to contact you about payment alternatives.
